Background
Thammachart Seafood Retail Ltd is a leading operator of seafood counters to retailers, notably Central Food Retail, the Mall Group, Big-C, Foodland and Tesco. The company has a country-wide presence with a distribution centre managing the quality control, fulfilment and logistics processes.

The company also operates a fast-casual seafood-focused F&B business, under the Dock Seafood Bar, the Lobster Lab and the Ocean Bar, on behalf of Central Food Retail. The third business pillar is the food service business, which services many of the top hotels, independent restaurants, as well as many Michelin-starred restaurants. On top of this, the company operates a multi-store front online business.

Our vision is to be the customers chosen brand in seafood – whether purchasing from one of our retail shops, ecommerce site; eating at one our seafood bars; learning how to cook at one of our cooking schools; requesting us to manage your catering needs; or calling us for home delivery, we want to be the customers’ first choice for seafood.

In 2018 the company became a subsidiary of Thai Union.
