The meeting will be conducted by BCCT Advocacy Working Group on Wednesday 17^th May 2023 via Zoom Meeting from 11.00-12.00 am. – Members only.

We welcome businesses to participate and share ideas toward IPR issues.

The session will take the following format:

• Topic 1: BCCT Policy Manager Updates the Progress from the Previous Meeting

BCCT Policy Manager updates the progress of working with BOI from the last meeting on 15^th March 2023.

• Topic 2: IPR Issues and the Suggestions from Businesses’ Representatives

Businesses’ representatives share the IPR issues they have experienced that can cause impact to the business including providing suggestions openly.

• DIP update on IPR mission and strategy for upcoming Thai-UK JETCO/ ETP
• Counterfeit enforcement such as online, offline, and border channels.
• Patent filing: update process improvement
• Other issues raised by BCCT members.

• Topic 3: What to Do after the Meeting

BCCT Policy Manager reports what to do for the next step after gathering the issues and suggestions from the members.

The session will be moderated by BCCT Policy Manager, Natnicha Chaowalit.
