BCCT BREAKFAST PANEL DISCUSSION ON PATERNITY LEAVE

The BCCT Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Group is pleased to invite you to our forthcoming Paternity Leave event. Paternity Leave is one of the finest benefits a company can offer its employees to promote their mental health and work-life balance. However, many corporations find it difficult to implement or identify the appropriate policies for their business. This event seeks to shed light on the implementation of paternity leave policies and their effects on regional businesses. Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion where industry experts will discuss the difficulties, advantages, and legal requirements of paternity leave.
