BCCT LEGAL EVENING BRIEFING: Putting Homeworking on a Statutory Basis The presentation is on a new piece of legislation, popularly referred to the Homeworkers’ Act but termed more correctly, it is the Labour Protection Amendment Act (no. 8). This Amendment Act for the first time puts the basis of homeworking on a statutory footing. We are very pleased to welcome as our guest speaker Khun Pramote Srisamai, senior partner of long-established law firm Price Sanond. He is an expert of longstanding in employment law and related areas. His cv may be found here We look forward to welcoming Khun Pramote and listening to his presentation. This will be followed a Q and A session to discuss the fine points of this new Act. There will be an opportunity to speak to Khun Pramote before or after the event.
