SPONSORSHIP - BCCT CORPORATE GOLF DAY
BCCT is delighted to be seeking sponsorship of our Corporate Golf Day on Wednesday 4th October. The venue is Thai Country Club, Thailand's award-winning golf club. BCCT is working with member company Fore Management in order to deliver this event.
BCCT is seeking corporate sponsorship in the following categories:-
Naming (at THB 250,000 plus VAT – 1 only)
- 3x teams (ie 12 players) on the day
- 3 x A-boards on course
- Logo on tournament Towel
- Logo in prominent position on event back drops
- Logo on sponsored hole on live scoring
- Logo on 1st and 10th Hole board
- A-board on sponsored hole Tee
- Logo on Golf Genius website
- The company name added to the event naming
- Display and activity space (space only, materials supplied by sponsor)
- One additional complimentary table of 8 at the Dinner for non-golfers
- Privilege to priority table selection
- Prominent logo on the event banner
- Option to provide small corporate gifts/flyer to be placed on each table
- Logo, company name and website link present in all online circulars sent to 2,700+ member and 4,500+ non-member contacts
- Logo on the back of table menu at the dinner table
- Logo on e-invitation, reminder email and e-thanks social media posts
- Corporate logo on large projection screens to be displayed during the event
- Verbal thanks and company recognition by MC
- 2 e-mail blasts to BCCT database
- Attendee List after the event
Tournament (at THB 100,000 plus VAT – 2 only)
- 2x teams (ie 8 players) on the day
- 2 x A-boards on the course (1 board on 1st or 10th tee)
- Logo in prominent position on back drop
- Logo on sponsored hole on live scoring
- Logo on 1st and 10th Hole board
- A board on sponsored hole Tee
- Logo on Golf Genius website
- Display and activity space (space only, materials supplied by sponsor)
- 4 complimentary seats at the Dinner for non-golfers

- Logo on the event banner

Exclusivity by sector will be honoured if requested by the company that first confirms sponsorship.
Format: corporate teams of 4 man Texas Scramble (all players tee off and pick the best shot, then all players play from that ball, they continue this process each shot until they finish the hole)
Tee shots: Minimum 3 tee shots per player
Handicap: team handicap will be calculated by taking 25% / 20% / 15% / 10% from the lowest to highest handicap
Itinerary:
10.30-12.30 registration
12.00 event briefing and group photo
12.30 Shotgun start
17.30-19.30 Gala Dinner and Prize giving
Prizes: 1st / 2nd / 3rd placed teams. Individual novelty prizes throughout the courses (nearest the pin, longest drive etc)
