BCCT EVENING SYMPOSIUM ON INTERNATIONAL TAXATION 

The BCCT Legal & Taxation Working Group is excited to invite you to our Evening Symposium on International Taxation, featuring the following speakers:

• Tatiana Bespalova, Partner, Tax at KPMG in Thailand 
• Melea Cruz, Partner, Head of Tax & Legal at BDO in Thailand
• Theradaje Tansuwanrat, Advisor at PKF Thailand 

This will be an open forum with no formal presentations. Our speakers will answer questions directly from the audience on key topics. 

• Personal income tax in Thailand to be assessed on worldwide income, whether or not brought into Thailand
• Global minimum tax of 15% to be introduced from 2025 (BEPS Pillar 2)
• Impact of global minimum tax for companies with BOI incentives
• VAT to be imposed on goods imported valued under THB 1,500
• Other international tax areas

and any other matters concerning International Taxation.

Cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment is not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. At any other time will incur a higher fee
