The BCCT Health & Wellness Working Group is delighted to invite you to a special breakfast event focused on Men’s Health — perfectly timed with the first ball of the Ashes 2025. Join us for an engaging morning that combines health awareness, insightful discussion, and the excitement of cricket!

Start your morning with an international breakfast buffet and a short talk focused on Men’s Health Awareness, covering key topics like preventive care, mental well-being, and lifestyle tips for men.

After that, stay on to catch the first ball of the Ashes Test live from Australia - a great way to relax, connect, and enjoy a social morning with fellow members.

Speakers & Topics:

  • Dr. Ramanpal Singh Thakral, Specialist in Preventive Medicine at Bangkok Hospital, will discuss male preventive health by age and will showcase multidisciplinary care approaches after a health check-up.
  • Dr. Yongyut Kongthanarat, Specialist in Radiation Oncology, and Dr. Paibul Boonyapanichskul, Specialist in Surgery and Urology, both from MedPark Hospital, will present on the importance of early detection, explore advanced non-surgical treatment options, and provide guidance on awareness and education for men’s health.
  • Thomas (Tom) Payne, Vice President of International HR at Hanesbrands Inc., I/O Psychologist, and Creator of the Selecting Winners Program, will share a personal experience discussion, giving attendees insight into real-life perspectives on men’s health challenges and wellness.

Time: 8.30 AM – 12.30 PM (breakfast begins at 8.00 AM) 

Venue: British Club, Silom Soi 18

  • 08.00 AM: Registration and breakfast buffet, with coffee & soft drinks
  • 08.30 AM: Men’s Health talk
  • 09.30 AM onwards: For those who wish to stay and have the unlimited drinks package, join us to watch the first ball of the Ashes — beers will be served to guests enjoying the match.

 Ticket Options:

  • THB 1,100 – Briefing with international Breakfast and coffee or tea only (book online)
  • THB 1,300 – Briefing with international Breakfast, including unlimited beers while enjoying the match.

  • Online Payment options are available when confirming your booking (recommended). Online payment when you book is the simplest way to do this.
  • Bank transfer is also available to Kasikorn Bank 709-2-36464-4 and email finance@bccthai.com to verify for a receipt

Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance payment is required to confirm your registration, and if the payment is not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking. At any other time, you will incur a higher fee
