BCCT Upskilling: Leadership Workshops

This one-day leadership workshop will be led by Tessa Grint, Global Leadership Architect, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in Marketing and Leadership Development across London and Bangkok.

Tessa is known for her unique philosophy, Leadership by Design—a fusion of Eastern presence and Western performance. She works with leaders in real estate, finance, and tech, helping them develop mastery, intuition, and calm authority through intentional leadership architecture.

The session will guide participants through high-impact, practical frameworks designed to elevate leadership clarity, identity, and performance through systems, rituals, and strategic stillness.
