Bangkok, 20 August 2025 - Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is thrilled to unveil the reopening of The China House by Chef Fei on 26 August 2025, marking a new chapter for one of the city’s most iconic dining destinations.

Reimagined under the direction of Chef Fei, a two-Michelin-starred chef and one of China’s most celebrated culinary talents, the restaurant will showcase the richness of Chaoshan cuisine alongside refined Cantonese classics.

Long admired for its distinctive style and deep culinary roots, The China House by Chef Fei now presents a carefully refreshed dining experience where heritage is honoured through modern interpretation.

Guests will discover a menu defined by precision, craft, and understated elegance, all within a setting that preserves the restaurant’s timeless character while embracing contemporary sensibilities.
