Does it matter that 85% of LinkedIn members in Thailand are below 35?

Yes, it does. Because when you are hiring senior executives, you are searching for talent in a LinkedIn population where the vast majority of members are under 35.

 

It is important to understand the limitations of LinkedIn as a talent source when you are hiring for the management team, Country Manager, Managing Director, CEO, CFO, or another leadership position

 

According to recent data from NapoleonCat, LinkedIn has approximately 6.7 million users in Thailand, representing around 10% of the country's population.

 

The demographics are revealing. Shockingly so.
