Get ready for the glitz and glam of the Melbourne Cup Charity Lunch 2024!

It will be a spectacular day of delicious food, freely flowing drinks, fabulous outfits and daytime dancing. Test your luck in our charity raffle and lucky horse draws, and if you've got style, our Fashions on the Field competition will be your time to shine.

But this event is not just about the fun, it also raises money for those in need. We’re rallying together to support Hands Across the Water, an amazing organization working to uplift disadvantaged children and families in Thailand. Every moment of excitement, every ticket you buy, and every bid you place helps fuel a brighter future for those in need.

This year's theme is GLITZ AND GLAM - so get ready for some sparkles and glamour!

Ticket information:

Individual ticket = 3,500 THB inclusive of taxes, service fee, and transaction fee.

• Tables of 10 people. If you buy an individual ticket, don’t worry, we will seat you at a table.
• Please provide the names of those assigned to your table including any dietary requirements and allergies; vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available.

Tickets include:

• Canapés on arrival
• 3 course Australian-inspired lunch
• Free flow drinks with a selection of sparkling wine, rose, white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, tea & coffee.

Event details:

• Registration commences from 9.30 am. The race will be screened live at 11.00 am so come along early to enjoy a welcome drink and buy your Lucky Horse Draw and raffle tickets.
  
• The function ends after lunch at 2 pm.
  
• Don’t forget to bring money for raffle tickets and Lucky Horse Draw competitions. We have some fantastic prizes to give away, and all money raised goes towards our chosen charities...don't worry, we accept QR codes too ;
