Back to Basics – Leadership and Management

The "Back to Basics - Using Common Sense in Leadership and Management" training program consists of five comprehensive online sessions designed to enhance essential skills for effective leadership and management.

In today's rapidly changing business environment, many leaders and managers may find themselves overwhelmed by complex strategies and technologies, leading to a disconnect from fundamental principles.

Returning to basics fosters clarity and focus, allowing leaders to re-establish strong communication, build cohesive teams, and promote accountability. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real-life case studies, focusing on key topics such as communication, team development, leadership styles, management practices, and accountability.

Each session aims to equip leaders with fundamental knowledge and tools, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within their organisations.

Through active listening exercises and feedback mechanisms, attendees will enhance their communication skills, ensuring clear and constructive interactions within their teams. The session concludes with a discussion on the importance of maintaining open lines of communication to foster a positive organisational culture.

By analysing successful teams, participants will gain insights into effective strategies for team development.
