BCCT, in cooperation with AMCHAM, GTCC, TICC, DanCham, Swecham, British Club, Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin, Hua Hin Today, Surf Radio cordially invites you to the Connecting Western Seaboard (Hua Hin) & Christmas Dinner! All are very welcome – members and non-members.

Date: Saturday 16th November 2024

Schedule:

3.00 pm - Welcome drink, Glass of Brut Prestige. Vineyard Tours and Meet and Greet The Elephants

5.00 pm - Wine Blending/Tasting and Networking

6:30 pm - Sit down Buffet and additional Networking

8:30 pm - Event closing speech

Venue: Monsoon Valley, 1 Moo 9 Baankhok Chang Patana NongPlup HuaHin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan. Map 

Entry:  

• THB 1,100 for adults and THB 550 for kids for BCCT, partner chambers and non-members. Prices include buffet dinner plus soft drinks. Menu 

• An optional THB 600 free flow for 2 hours package of White Columbard, Signature Red and Singha Beer can be purchased directly to Monsoon Valley on registration. 

• Any additional Monsoon Valley wines can be purchased by the glass with 10% discount 

Transport: Mini busses will be provided by Monsoon Valley for anyone who wants to use them, leaving from and returning to the Centara, cost THB 150 per person each way. Please email yada@bccthai.com

Payment: 

• Online Payment options are available when confirming your booking (recommended). Online payment when you book is the simplest way to do this.
• Bank transfer is also available to Kasikorn bank 709-2-36464-4 and email finance@bccthai.com to verify for a receipt

Cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
