Leader as Coach - Empowering 21st Century Leadership

Program Description:

The Leader as Coach program is an introductory one-day training designed to equip 21st century leaders with the essential coaching skills necessary to thrive in today's dynamic business environment. This program offers a deep dive into the significance of coaching as a leadership approach and provides participants with practical tools and techniques to enhance their coaching abilities. Through a blend of interactive discussions, experiential activities, and skill-building exercises, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to effectively adopt a coaching mindset and empower their teams for success.

Program Objectives:

Understand the Importance of Coaching in the 21st Century:

• Explore the evolving role of leaders and the need for coaching in a rapidly changing business landscape.
• Recognize the benefits of a coaching leadership style in fostering employee engagement, growth, and productivity.

Develop Fundamental Coaching Skills:

• Learn and practice active listening techniques to enhance communication and build trust.
• Master the art of asking powerful questions that stimulate reflection, critical thinking, and goal setting.
• Gain proficiency in providing constructive feedback and support for employee development.

 Apply Coaching in Real-world Scenarios:

• Engage in role-playing exercises to apply coaching skills in various leadership situations.
• Practice coaching conversations to address challenges, encourage accountability, and inspire self-motivation.
• Explore strategies for integrating coaching into performance management and ongoing employee development processes.

 Cultivate a Coaching Mindset:

• Explore the principles and mindset shift required to transition from a directive leadership style to a coaching approach.
• Reflect on personal leadership styles and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop strategies to overcome common challenges faced when implementing coaching in leadership roles.

Time: 9 am - 5 pm 

Venue: Radisson Blu (BTS Asoke exit 6 or MRT Sukhumvit exit 2)

Cost: THB 5,000 net for BCCT members and THB 7,000 for non-members. Price includes workshop materials, coffee breaks, and lunch. Maximum 20 seats. 

Payment:

• Online Payment options are available when confirming your booking (recommended). Online payment when you book is the simplest way to do this.
• Bank transfer is also available to Kasikorn Bank 709-2-36464-4 and email finance@bccthai.com  to verify a receipt.

Payment & cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. At any other time will incur a higher fee
